How does the member limit work?

Your member limit counts active member organizations. Contacts (employees, representatives) within those organizations don't count against your limit. If you grow past your tier, we'll reach out to talk about upgrading — we'll never cut off access mid-billing cycle.

Can I import my existing member data?

Yes. We import from most common formats — CSV, Excel, and direct migration from popular chamber software. Our onboarding team will help you get set up and cleaned up on day one.

Are there fees on top of my subscription?

No monthly platform fees beyond your subscription. Payment processing for member dues and event tickets uses standard Stripe rates (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) — these go to Stripe, not us.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — pay annually and get approximately two months free. Same product, same support; just a lower total cost.

What about non-profits and small chambers on a tight budget?

We understand chamber budgets. Email hello@chamberzu.com with some context about your chamber and we'll work something out.

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel any time and export all your data — no hostage situations.
