Agreement

By using Chamberzu, you agree to these terms. If you are using Chamberzu on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Chamberzu provides a software-as-a-service platform for chamber of commerce management, including membership, events, billing, directory, communications, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may update pricing with 30 days notice.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in Chamberzu. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. You may export your data at any time and will receive a full export upon cancellation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chamberzu to send unsolicited bulk communications, violate applicable laws, interfere with the platform’s operation, or access accounts you are not authorized to access.

Liability

Chamberzu is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete your data within 90 days unless you request an export sooner.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Intellizu LLC.
